His Eminence the Secretary General of the Arab Islamic Council, the scholar Mohamad Ali El Husseini, visited at his home in Abu Dhabi, His Excellency the scholar Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah, Chairman of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Peace Forum.

El Husseini stressed that the meeting with Sheikh Bin Bayyah is a good opportunity to learn from the school of this scholar and draw from his centrist and moderate thought, stressing that we will work diligently and sustainably to consolidate peace, enhance its values, consolidate its concepts, and teach its provisions and application.

Mohamad Ali El Husseini stressed that our true religion explicitly calls on us to enter into peace, and not to follow the steps of Satan, and that no matter the challenges and conflicts, wars should be avoided, indicating that it is our legal obligation, and the responsibility of religious leaders, to work on everything that will perpetuate peace.

El Husseini then presented his new book entitled “The Features of Human Values ​​in the Mecca Civilizational Document.”
