Under the title:
(Cyberspace: Challenges and Opportunities)
Since it entered our lives, the issue of cyberspace has generated great controversy and a state of fear due to the prevailing uncertainty and lack of awareness and how to adapt to this world that imposed a new reality. Unfortunately, our societies initial view of this world was a narrow and superficial view based on reactions to the challenges facing this space. While this discovery is considered a technological revolution that has reached most parts of the world, and has helped make our lives easier, and has opened the world to itself until it has turned it into a small village, and has brought about a major transformation in societies, its use remains as a double edged sword, either for negative purposes that have repercussions on society. Its security and stability, or to change our lives for the better through rational and conscious use in accordance with the interests of the individual and society.
